• This rate includes everything from the cost of the shipping itself to the expenses incurred for various packaging materials, etc.

What methods do you use for shipping

1. We ship exclusively with UPS giving you several different options ranging from UPS Ground up to UPS Overnight.
2. We currently ship to the US only.
3. Using UPS ensures your package is fully trackable.

How are your shipping rates determined?

1. Shipping rates are calculated in real time using UPS Online Tools and are based on the weight of your order.

What days can I get delivery?

All deliveries regardless of shipping preference are Monday thru Friday only. Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available.

*IMPORTANT* All UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight orders will only be shipped to the Cardholder name and Billing Address.

What happens if I refuse delivery of an item?

• Any orders refused for delivery will be charged shipping in both directions and a 20% restocking fee.

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

• No.

Why can't I find my country in the shipping form?.

• If your country is not listed on the form, we do NOT ship to your location. We currently ship to ONLY those countries listed in the checkout form selection. Please do not enter a country other than those listed as your order will not be processed.
