General Return/Exchange Policies:

- Refund will be the price of merchandise minus the ground shipping charge.
- An authorization code is required for all returns, contact customer service to receive an authorization number prior to sending your return.

Include your name, address and order #, if exchanging there will be a reshipping charge billed to your credit card. All items returned without an authorization code number will be refused.
Return is due by Authorization return date, returns after that date will not be accepted. The your RA number also indicates the return due date, (Example: if number is RA043, Return must be
received no later than due date of April 3rd for return to be accepted.) Returns past the RA number will be refused.
- All Merchandise Returns are at the purchaser's expense. Buyers are responsible for paying for any merchandise returned to our store.
- Return requests as a result of damage during shipment must be made to us within 48 hours of delivery. UPS requires you to retain all
packing materials for inspection including any boxes, wrapping etc.
- All Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your name, order number, phone number and email address.
- If exchanging for another product, please include a note listing product code/name of product and size.
- Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
- For exchanges you will be charged a re-shipping fee of $7.75. Please give us your permission to
charge the $7.75 re-shipping fee to your credit card.
- You are responsible for risk of loss on return shipments. We recommend you insure the package
returning to us. The product must return undamaged.
- All items must be returned in original condition (unworn and unlaundered). Please return ball caps in
a hard box at least 4" high, otherwise the front of the cap will be damaged. All collectibles must have
their original box and papers if applicable.
- Returns and exchanges are handled promtly. If we have any questions we will contact you by email.
- If there is a mistake in your order we will gladly correct the problem if contacted within 7 days of delivery.
- There will be no refund on shipping charges when weather emergency conditions create a delay as this is beyond our control.
